8th Blyth Sea Scouts

We are a popular group and currently have over 100 members enjoying our activities every week

Scouting promotes the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international community.

We offer a wide range of activities from Canoeing, Sailing, Grass Sledging, Traversing Wall, Fire Cooking to Craft and Global / Environmental Issues.

There is still the common conception that Scouting is for boys, in tents and doing knots. Have a look at this video as it may change your mind.
